VH Technology s.r.l. develops Computer Vision solutions for businesses, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of manufacturing processes and logistics.
Computer Vision technologies enable machines to understand images and videos, as a human would do. This is particularly useful for automating some repetitive tasks which today are performed by humans, such as quality control in the assembly line. We use these and other technologies to develop industrial machines which are able to perform complex product/parts inspection tasks.
VH Technology recently created an innovative system for managing articles stocked in warehouses without the need of barcode. We developed a machine capable of recognising the products entering or leaving the warehouse simply by scanning their label. The same way a human would do. This product, which is patent pending, is particularly useful when the use of barcode is not possible or too complex (e.g. cellar management).
On the other side, if the use of bar code can be easily implemented, we can also provide tailored management systems for industrial warehouses with the use of portable bar code scanners.
VH Technology was created after a decade of experience in the Aerospace industry. Our CEO and founder spent 10 years working at the European Space Agency and ThalesAlenia Space as an aerospace engineer in the field of avionics for satellites, where computer vision techniques are used for navigation. He is now bringing all the knowledge and experience acquired into developing state of the art technological solutions for our customers.
