02. HOW DOES IT WORK
When the sommelier takes a bottle from the cellar, it passes it In front of the camera.
Oscar recognizes the label and indicates on the touch screen the name of the wine exiting the cellar, the sommelier confirms the movement with one touch. The entire operation takes just a few seconds and reduces the risk of errors. The system works in the same way for wines inserted into the cellar.

EASY TO USE
The fields describing the wines are customizable. Oscar adapts to every way of cataloguing wines.
It provides a complete view of the cellar status, the movements, the wines turnover rate, the volumes, the sales composition, the margins and cash flow.
Every time a new wine type is inserted into the cellar, Oscar will save picture of it. The wine pictures can be used for the wine list, the website and more.
STATISTICS
Oscar provides the cellar inventory in real time.
Wine List: Can be filtered by all fileds, like:
producer, wine type, region, country,
color, vintage, aging peak, price, quantity.
Movements List: It is possible to check the movement list over a chosen time period and filter it by:
wine, type of movement, operator.
For each movement Oscar will provide
the picture of the bottle moved.
Cellar Statistics: A complete overview of the cellar evolution and performances.
With charts and intuitive reports.
Alerts: Wines below reorder point and wines
at their aging peak.
